Girl Scouts “builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place” and has served local girls since 1916. Today, Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York is proud to serve over 12,000 girls in 15 counties.
By participating in the Cookie Program, girls engage in positive change while at the same time gaining lasting qualities for life.
The content of all Girl Scout journeys have been correlated (by grade level) to the new national Common Core Standards and the 21st Century Skills standards.
