On-Line Ordering Information

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse and are delivered within 7-10 working days.  Orders containing fun patches or backordered items may take longer, depending on stock availability.  To check on the status of an order, please call us.  If an item is no longer available, we will promptly notify you. Items ordered together are not always shipped together, or depending upon availability, on the same date.  If you have used a credit card to place your order, your card will be charged at the time of shipment.  If you have any questions please call our merchandise personnel in the Albany office at 518-489-8110.

Refund + Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.  Items must be unopened and in sellable condition.  Returns without a receipt will be for exchange only, and returns are not accepted on discontinued or dated merchandise (including retired Try It’s, Jr. Badges, and teen Interest Project patches.)

-If having your order shipped to a Service Center, it must be picked up within 30 days of when we notify you it is available.  Merchandise that is not picked up within that time frame will be returned to our inventory.

Sales Tax Policy

The only time that merchandise can be considered exempt from the state sales tax is: when the troop has earned the money and when the troop is purchasing merchandise with troop funds. Money given to the troop leader by a parent for the purpose of purchasing individual items is NOT considered troop money, even if it’s passed through the troop’s treasury or bank account. Troop officers can get items tax exempt in our online store by registering as a troop leader.
