If you haven’t already done so, we need you to please fill out our short 5-7 minute survey that will help us to better serve our volunteer base. This survey is different from other surveys that we have distributed in the past- it seeks to identify solutions that will help to improve the volunteer experience.

This survey is due back to us by the close of business on Wednesday, May 23rd. Please note that the survey is completely anonymous and your name will not be linked to your survey responses.

This survey was developed to address communication, preparation & support, and the use of the Leadership Development Model to foster a Girl-Led environment. The feedback you provide will assist our continuous efforts to improve our volunteer delivery system so that it can be responsive to the ever-changing needs of our members.

  1. I saw the Volunteer Blog for the first time today. Although I’m an old Girl Scout, some of the ‘lingo’ is off-putting. For example, what is the meaning of LDM?

  2. LDM simply means Leadership Development Model. And this is a model to help the leader plan and implement activities that will encourage leadership skills in the women of tomorrow today.
